High Protein Pancake Mix Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Barley Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Metamyosyn HPP Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate, Dried Egg White, L-Glutamine), Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Cornstarch, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Flax Seed, Natural And Artificial Flavor, Buttermilk Powder, Sodium Caseinate, Mono And Di-Glycerides, Potassium Phosphate
High Protein Pancake Mix Directions:
1. Blend 2 scoops (57g)(makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degree (F) griddle
3. Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
