“As a gastric bypass patient needing lots of protein in order to heal and keep my hair from falling out, this is by far the best protein supplement I’ve tried. I tried the isopure pre-mixed bottles of apple melon and several other powders, but could not even get them down. I mix two scoops of the creamy vanilla with 5 oz of soy milk (darn lactose intolerance) in a shaker cup, then pour it into the blender over about a cup of ice and two pieces (about 2 inches each) of frozen banana and add about two tablespoons of either hazelnut or caramel coffee syrup for flavor. It is very good. The frozen banana makes it thicker and creamier than it would be with a fresh banana or just ice and it is delicious. I never thought I’d say that about a protein supplement! It seems to mix better if you shake it up before putting it into the blender. I can’t wait to try the strawberries and cream and the other flavors! I do wish they would offer smaller amounts to try, like maybe the individual packets so that you could try a flavor before buying large quantities. I have too many other 3 pound containers of different powders that I’ll never use because they’re undrinkable.” – JS
“I’m a serious weightlifter, usually fitting in 6 workouts per week, and I’ve found that this protein powder has given me great results. It is not a miracle formula, and there is no replacement for hard work, but it has helped me consume the protein that I need and I have also noticed faster recovery times than before I began taking this powder. I have tried other powders, but what has drawn me back to Isopure every time is the nutritional values. Low in cholesterol, zero fat and zero carbs, this is a healthy choice that helps you get to your target bodyfat composition. The taste is not bad, and it’s even better if you mix it with 8 oz. of skim milk instead of water. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a solid protein powder with no gimmicks.” – Marcus
“This stuff is GREAT!!! Not only does it taste terrific, but the texture is very smooth, not chalky. I especially like being able to take it at night to aid in recovery without worrying about late night carb intake. At, 50g of protein per serving, you can easily attain the goal of 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.” – Ricardo
Good stuff, I used Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein last year while running a cycle of cellucore p6 extreme and it was awesome! The tast is really good when mixed with 2% or skim milk. Gains were good and over the cycle stacked I gained around 10 lbs. I say it’s a good protien for taste, gains, and price….James
The strawberry and cream Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein Drink is excellent, mixes so easy with a spoon, add apples & cinnamon Lecithin Granules, it’s very good, tastes great, I drink this Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein Drink after a work out….Bernie
I have tried a variety of protein mixes and as far as nutrition Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein Drink is great. But the taste is horrendous and gritty. I know I’m trying to follow a specific diet but the stuff has to be edible!…Jean
I like the ingredient content of Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein Drink, BUT the dutch chocolate flavor is nasty. Too bad it doesn’t come close to tasting like the actual flavor. I’ve tried a lot of different brands and flavors and this is one flavor that I wish I could go back into time and not purchase. Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein Drink also has about 20 too many calorie’s per 1/2 serving than I like…I thought I could oversee these added calories, but the flavor leaves a lot to be desired. …Jesus
Not the best tasting stuff I’ve tried, but Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein Drink is better with lowfat milk instead of water. I don’t lift hardcore, so I maintain my weight and just try to stay toned. I also like to mix it with fresh fruit smoothies that I make at home with the Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Protein Drink. One scoop is good enough for me….Wayne
